I am grateful to local merchants & providers, Rebecca Leonard, Sandy Edwards, Debra Horan, Caryl Savard, Alma Morey, Cindy Smith, A.J. Alkire, Cheri MacKinney, Donna Farrow, and Dan Marcoux for their advice, encouragement, donations and/ or pledges of participation on Saturday, September 13. The local papers and Town personnel have also been helpful as has the entire congregation here at UCC, Federated . There seems to be a great deal of excitement about coming together for fun, music, food, learning, and community building!
I need help with:
Estimating
the number of people to anticipate so that we can plan quantities of food

the word to local service agencies & other businesses to
invite them to participate; let them know this really is free advertising &
an opportunity to contribute towards each other’s success!
